Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Leadsman to oversee a small crew performing landscape and irrigation installation and maintenance duties. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely project completion on job sites with potential exposure to extreme conditions.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of landscape experience, knowledge of OSHA standards, and the ability to lead 2–4 crew members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in landscaping/irrigation
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Spanish language skills considered a plus
• Able to lead and direct a crew of 2–4 people
• Strong safety practices and communication

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to perform landscape and irrigation tasks including planting, sod installation and sprinkler setup
• Oversee crew safety, training, and weekly tailgate meetings
• Enforce safety standards and review potential hazards and use of protective gear
• Maintain hazardous materials documentation and report accidents to supervision
• Support timely completion of projects with quality workmanship and safety
