Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Leadsman to perform landscape and irrigation tasks and to direct a small crew. You will oversee safety, ensure compliance with standards, and guide operations such as planting, sod installation, and sprinkler setup.

The role requires strong hands-on experience, the ability to lead 2–4 crew members, and a focus on safety in an outdoor environment. Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time position based on site in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of landscape experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.
• Ability to lead a crew of 2–4 people.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape and irrigation tasks including planting, sod, and sprinkler setup.
• Oversee crew safety and enforce company standards.
• Attend weekly tailgate safety meetings and document safety checks.
• Maintain safety records and communicate hazards to leadership.
