Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Leadsman to perform and direct a range of landscape and irrigation installation and maintenance tasks. The role oversees crew safety, directs activities such as planting, sod installation, and sprinkler setup, and ensures safety standards are followed.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of landscape experience, knowledge of OSHA standards, and the ability to lead a 2–4 person crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscaping or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Ability to lead a crew of 2–4 people
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Practice workplace safety

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping and irrigation tasks including planting, sod installation, and sprinkler setup
• Oversee crew safety and compliance on job sites
• Attend and enforce weekly tailgate safety meetings
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards near traffic or water
• Maintain hazardous communication with chemical usage records
• Report accidents and coordinate with Safety Officer
• Help complete projects on time with quality and safety
