Job summary

BrightView in Dallas, TX is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, guiding a 2–5 person crew to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards.

You will supervise maintenance, installation, irrigation support, seasonal color work, and chemical applications, while maintaining client satisfaction through strong leadership and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a landscape crew of 2–5 members.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Proven leadership among team and peers.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Log crew time using electronic time capture (ETC).
• Train and develop crew members.
