You will read blueprints, schedule daily tasks, coordinate materials, and maintain safety, equipment, and timely project completion while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: supervise, train, and motivate installation crews.
• Project Execution: install plantings, lawns, irrigation, and hardscapes per specs.
• Operational Management: schedule daily work, coordinate equipment/materials, start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Hands-on Labor: lead by example in digging, tilling, planting, and material handling.
• Logistics & Maintenance: manage vehicles and maintain equipment.
• Administration: submit timesheets, track project hours, and communicate with Production Managers.
