Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company in Greensboro is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to supervise on-site installations, read blueprints, and ensure high-quality plantings, irrigation, and hardscapes.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation and crew management.
• Valid NC driver’s license; CDL preferred; pesticide license required or willing to obtain.
• Ability to read job plans and adjust irrigation components safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Punctual, dependable and able to work with clients on-site.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate installation crews.
• Project Execution: Read blueprints and install plantings, lawns, irrigation, and hardscapes.
• Operational Management: Schedule daily work, coordinate equipment/materials, manage start-up/shut-down.
• Hands-on Labor: Lead by example in digging, planting, and material handling.
• Logistics & Maintenance: Ensure vehicle standardization, maintain equipment, oversee safe driving.
• Administration: Submit timesheets and communicate with Production Managers.
