Responsibilities
- Field Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate installation crews. Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional pride.
- Project Execution: Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to install plantings, lawns, irrigation systems, and hardscapes accurately.
- Operational Management: Schedule daily work assignments, coordinate equipment/materials, and manage job site start-up and shut-down procedures.
- Hands-on Labor: Lead by example in digging, tilling, planting, and heavy material handling (bagged and bulk).
- Logistics & Maintenance: Ensure truck and trailer standardization, maintain equipment, and oversee the safe operation of company vehicles.
- Administration: Submit daily mobile timesheets (BOSS), manage project hours, and maintain clear communication with Production Managers via company technology.
