Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, Boynton Beach, FL, seeks a Crew Leader Enhancement to oversee landscape installation and maintenance for a 2+ member crew. You will provide hands-on leadership in soil management, planting, watering, and insect control, ensuring client standards are met while identifying efficiencies.

This role emphasizes safety, vehicle operation, crew training, scheduling, and reporting. CDL required; 2+ years landscape install experience; 1 year supervising a small crew; ability to read

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year of lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
• CDL license (commercial driver) with a good record.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Able to work well with others.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure that client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
