LJA Land Development is seeking a Project Manager to interpret, organize, and coordinate engineering projects with significant impact. You will lead project teams, manage client interactions, and ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of land development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct large engineering projects with complex features.
• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans and reports.
• Analyze project scope, client RFP and firms proposal; organize work and set procedures.
• Apply advanced techniques and practices in a specialized engineering field.
• Coordinate with Client and consultants; maintain strong communication.
