Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in land development design and management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Highly organized with good time management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from inception to completion, including due diligence, planning, and entitlements.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, outside consultants, tracking and billing.
• Prepare and oversee civil engineering design for site geometry, drainage, roads, and utilities.
• Develop design drawings, specs, reports, and cost estimates.
• Analyze technical information and advance design concepts to feasible solutions.
• Author due diligence, feasibility, design reports, and technical memoranda.
