Job summary

LJA Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Land Development to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate engineering projects with significant impact on company programs.

Responsibilities include leading teams, managing clients, developing design schedules and budgets, and pursuing business opportunities on major projects. A PE license and civil engineering degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer credential required.
• 10+ years of post-graduate experience or 2-3+ years post-Master’s experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct large engineering projects with complex features.
• Supervise engineering and support personnel.
• Analyze project scope, RFP and firm’s proposal; organize work and procedures.
• Develop and monitor design schedules and client budgets.
• Lead business development, proposal writing, and project management.
