Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise multi-agent systems. You will shape context systems (RAG, semantic search) and drive integration across AI native frameworks, collaborating with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering and AI, advanced degrees, and hands-on coding with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub.EY offers hybrid

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools / code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of AI native design processes and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across replicated AI native designs.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for cross-system use.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support business development and IP filings; mentor team members.
• Hands-on coding and knowledge sharing within the team.
