Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will work on multi-agent memory communication systems, RAG, and semantic chunking with advanced inference optimization and distributed processing.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with AI, security, and data groups, and contribute to IP filings while presenting at conferences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory / context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Understanding of AI native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization via context management.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evaluations.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
