Qualifications

• Experience cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients.
• Experience supporting management of cost of goods and inventory.
• Hands-on leadership of BOH including prep and line cooks.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art kitchens and top-of-the-line equipment.
