Qualifications

• Experience cooking from scratch with fresh, quality ingredients.
• Experience managing cost of goods and inventory.
• Experience leading and developing BOH Team Members including Prep and Line Cooks, Sous Chefs, and Jr. Sous Chefs.

Responsibilities

• The Chef position is responsible for management of all culinary operations in the restaurant; oversees kitchen quality and performance.
• Communicates with General Manager and Regional Chef to coordinate activities and ensure smooth dining service.
• Uses professional judgment to uphold standards and drive team development.
