Casey’s General Stores Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead a hands‑on kitchen team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You’ll train Team Members, manage daily kitchen operations, and partner with the Store Manager to maintain safety, inventory, and food quality in prepared foods and beverages.

You’ll influence productivity and profitability while upholding Casey’s CARES values and serving as a flexible leader across shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Oversee kitchen activities in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily ops.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and respond promptly.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
