Job summary

Casey’s in Texas is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a hands-on kitchen team, partner with the Store Manager, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train and engage Team Members, oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety, manage inventory, and drive productivity and profitability across prepared foods and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen team members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager for accountability of all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
