Qualifications

• Experience planning menus and managing food inventory using FIFO.

Responsibilities

• Train new hire kitchen staff on current operational processes and policies.
• Educate staff on up-to-date food safety regulations.
• Assist in recruitment through staffing management and interviewing candidates.
• Manage inventory/stock using FIFO with budget adherence.
• Plan menus based on in-stock items and budget.
• Define work schedules and responsibilities for direct reports.
• Maintain stock rotation using FIFO for food products.
• Ensure ServSafe certification is held by at least one certified member per shift.
• Prepare meals and cater to customer tastes.
