Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Engineer to lead architecture and design of intelligent, user-facing agentic interfaces and streaming UX platforms for GenAI capabilities worldwide.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-geo teams, and drive reusable frontend frameworks and developer SDKs to empower enterprise teams with GenAI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Experience with GenAI UX, real-time streaming interfaces using SSE/WebSockets.
