EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineering Manager to lead frontend initiatives for secure, enterprise-grade AI agents. You will guide a team of engineers, shape frontend architectures, and drive streaming UX across web and mobile.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, collaborating with product/design, and advancing component libraries, design systems, and SDKs for GenAI tools. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong frontend development across web apps and APIs.
• Hands-on with GenAI UIs, conversational UX, or real-time streaming interfaces.
• English proficiency (B2+) with strong communication skills.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineering Manager with JavaScript to join our global AI Engineering team and help build secure, enterprise-grade AI Agents at scale.In this role, you will help shape the technical direction for intelligent, user-facing agentic interfaces, frontend platforms, and streaming UX experiences that deliver GenAI capabilities to employees and customers.
