Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to join our team.

You will build GenAI-powered capabilities across the full stack, integrating LLM providers, MCP tooling, and agentic workflows to deliver responsive, scalable experiences. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into robust interfaces and backend services, handle streaming outputs, tool execution, and human-in-the-loop safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of hands-on professional experience.
• Experience with LLM providers such as Claude or OpenAI.
• Hands-on MCP design and MCP server work.
• Experience designing multi-step agentic workflows.
• Full-stack experience: React/TypeScript frontend; Python/FastAPI or Node.js backend.
• Experience streaming responses and producing structured outputs.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer to join our team. The project involves the development of a sophisticated user interface utilizing the Saffron UI framework, aimed at enhancing user experience through seamless integration with backend services and APIs. The goal is to meet ambitious targets while adapting to evolving project requirements and deadlines.The role will focus on building and evolving GenAI-powered application capabilities, including LLM integrations, MCP-based tooling, and agentic workflows.
