EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to design and build GenAI-powered applications with intuitive, high-performance web UIs and robust frontend integration libraries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with React, TypeScript, or Vue for enterprise web applications.
• 5–8 years of software engineering across the full web stack (frontend, REST APIs, microservices).
• 2+ years of integrating GenAI features, LLM APIs, and prompt UI patterns.
• Strong Python backend development skills; 2+ years building cloud microservices on AWS, Docker, REST APIs.
• Proven experience building, documenting, and maintaining reusable component libraries, design systems, and hooks.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end GenAI-powered applications with intuitive web UIs.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces for streaming responses and low latency.
• Maintain a library of reusable frontend components, hooks, and design systems.
• Implement LLM-based experiences using LangChain/LlamaIndex with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to iterate AI UX patterns (chat assistants, prompt builders).
• Ensure security, accessibility, observability, and test coverage across client-side and full-stack.
• Create UI components that provide transparency and confidence in AI outputs.
• Deliver UI components for drop-in GenAI capabilities across internal apps.
