Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to build GenAI-driven web interfaces and integration libraries for teams across IT, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.

You will design end-to-end GenAI applications, emphasizing responsive, accessible UIs and low-latency client-side integrations, while delivering reusable frontend components and design systems for enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in building production applications with React, TypeScript, or Vue for enterprise use cases.
• Expertise in full-stack software engineering spanning frontend UIs, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Proficiency in integrating GenAI features, LLM APIs, and prompt UI patterns into web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end GenAI-powered applications with intuitive web-based UIs.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces for streaming responses and low latency.
• Create and maintain a reusable library of components, hooks, and design systems for enterprise GenAI apps.
• Deliver LLM-based experiences using LangChain or LlamaIndex with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on AI UX patterns such as chat assistants and prompt builders.
• Ensure security, accessibility, observability, and test coverage across client-side and full-stack builds.
