EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineering Manager to drive GenAI-enabled web experiences with fast, intuitive UIs and robust integrations.

You will lead the creation of enterprise‑ready component libraries and client-side layers across React, TypeScript, or Vue, with Python services on AWS. You will collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate AI UX patterns such as chat assistants and prompt builders, delivering scalable, observable features with high

Competenze

• 8+ years of production experience with React/TypeScript or Vue in enterprise web apps.
• 8+ years of software engineering across the full web stack including frontend UIs, REST APIs, and microservices.
• 4+ years of experience integrating GenAI features, LLM APIs, and prompt UI patterns into web apps.
• Strong Python backend development skills and 4+ years of experience consuming and building cloud microservices on AWS, Docker, and REST APIs.
