Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks a Chief Full Stack Software Engineer to lead frontend UX patterns, reusable component libraries, and full-stack delivery across React/TypeScript/Vue and Python microservices on AWS.

You will architect GenAI-powered apps with fast client-side integrations, enforce security and accessibility, and collaborate with designers and product managers to scale trusted AI experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production experience with React, TS or Vue in enterprise apps.
• 7+ years of full-stack experience: frontend UIs, REST APIs, and microservices.
• 3+ years integrating GenAI features, LLM APIs, prompt UI patterns.
• English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end GenAI-powered applications with intuitive web UIs and fast client-side API integrations.
• Engineer responsive, accessible frontend experiences optimized for streaming responses and low latency.
• Develop reusable frontend components, hooks, and design systems for enterprise GenAI apps.
• Implement LLM-driven features using LangChain or LlamaIndex with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on AI UX patterns like chat assistants and prompts.
• Ensure security, accessibility, observability, and test coverage across client-side and full-stack work.
• Create high-performance web UIs for AI interactions (streaming text, prompts, citations, summaries).
• Maintain shared component libraries for internal embedding of GenAI capabilities.
