Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and real-time messaging technologies.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts for both engineering and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to design software architecture and conduct meaningful trade-off analysis across complex technical landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to the architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk and safeguard Citi by driving compliance with laws and regulations and reporting control issues.
