Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company seeks a Lead Construction Supervisor in Mississippi to guide crew activities and production per project plans and industry standards. You’ll train staff on safety and operational procedures while coordinating with other crafts as needed.

You will supervise daily tasks, monitor costs and quality, and ensure timely completion within budget while upholding safety and company policies on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to plan and supervise crew activities, safety practices and work scope.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained properly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity, time sheets and reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities for the crew.
• Lead safety communications via toolbox talks; enforce company safety rules.
