Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to oversee daily crew activities and production in alignment with project timelines, plans, and codes. The role includes training on safety procedures and coordination with other crafts as needed.

The ideal candidate will manage planning, scheduling, and reporting, ensure equipment operation and safety compliance, and drive on-site performance within budget while upholding high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to plan, train safety practices, and transmit instructions to crew.
• Knowledge of scheduling, material control and unit manhour performance, estimating fundamentals and job cost management systems.
• Must be a good communicator, motivator, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and in carrying out sequence of activities for assigned crew.
• Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
