Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Quality Control/Inventory Manager for the Clayton, IN Sunbeam facility. You will lead all inventory control and quality control activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to SOX/SOC and ISO standards.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, Safety, and customer stakeholders to meet KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support multiple client programs within a multi-client logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in inventory control, quality management or logistics operations.
• Experience in 3PL or 4PL environments preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools; strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and CEVA requirements.
• Own cycle counts, physical inventories, empty bin checks, adjustments and reconciliation processes.
• Drive inventory accuracy to contractual KPI expectations while minimizing shrink.
• Partner with Operations and IT to resolve discrepancies between WMS, ERP and customer systems.
• Lead QC activities, audits, RCCA investigations, and corrective actions with customer quality teams.
