Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to manage inventory levels, coordinate cycle counts, audits, and quality checks across the facility.

You will develop and publish work instructions, lead a small team, and ensure SLA compliance. Strong audit and communication skills are essential, along with a hands-on approach to improve processes and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in warehousing/inventory.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates inventory needs and implements strategies to meet those needs.
• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory counts and audits.
• Ensures client SLAs are met regarding cycle counts.
• Creates and updates work instructions and audits for accuracy.
• Coordinates counts/audits with Supervisors and Leads daily.
• Provides daily written/electronic reports of analysis and audit results.
• Audits and documents inventory processes and results in spreadsheets.
• Identifies trends requiring corrective action and supports process adherence.
• Reads/responds to emails promptly; performs other duties as assigned.
