Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a seasoned Quality and Inventory Control Supervisor to manage a team overseeing daily QA and inventory control operations. You will ensure adequate material levels and drive continuous process improvements while coordinating with warehouse leadership to meet schedule commitments.

The role emphasizes strong audit discipline, cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates inventory needs and develops strategies to meet them.
• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory counts and audit schedules.
• Ensures client SLAs are met for cycle counts.
• Creates and updates work instructions for audits and processes.
• Coordinates audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors and Leads.
• Delivers analysis and statistics of counts and audits in written and electronic formats.
• Performs spot audits on unloading, receiving, and shipping activities and records results in Excel.
• Identifies trends and opportunities for corrective action with supervisors.
• Develops and evaluates process adherence audits.
