Job summary

STR is seeking a Lead Intelligence Analyst to guide a new group tackling complex test and evaluation challenges for modern defense systems. You will help build a top-tier team capable of planning, executing, and delivering decision-quality results at DoW speeds.

You will lead innovations across SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and HUMINT, coordinating with IC resources to support national defense leaders and industrial partners.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SAP; U.S. citizenship required.
• 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, operations, or related field.
• Experience leading professional intelligence teams and connecting with IC resources.
• Established connections within the IC across PACOM, CENTCOM, EUCOM.

Responsibilities

• Research, understand, and lead innovations in intelligence implementations for developmental systems under test.
• Identify customer requirements for intelligence and apply analytic techniques to solve complex challenges.
• Use intelligence tools to generate products tailored to customer needs and disseminate to defense leaders.
• Lead intelligence team members and connect with resources to deliver robust analyses.
