Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead to manage a major program within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. Responsibilities include staffing, financial oversight, and delivering technical and programmatic reporting while mentoring intelligence officers and coordinating with the COTR and key decision makers.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with Poly and extensive experience across all-source intelligence analysis, including leadership, AI/ML integration, and use of IC tools.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years in all-source intelligence analysis, 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience leading intelligence teams with mentorship and performance evaluations.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into intelligence workflows and AI-assisted collection tasks.
• Experience using LLM platforms for assessment summarization and reporting.
• Strong interfacing with SES, Flag Officers, and Senior Executives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IC analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, financial management, and program reporting.
• Lead and mentor teams; assign workloads and review tasks for rigor.
• Define tasks with customers and maintain baseline cost/schedule.
• Deliver technical and programmatic reports; coordinate with COTR.
• Forecast program finances and staffing plans; recruit when needed.
• Manage day-to-day contract operations and supervision of employees/subcontractors.
