Job summary

STR's Analytics and C2 Division seeks a Principal Product Lead for the Signals Exploitation and Tracking (SET) Group in Arlington, VA. You will craft, drive, and execute a product development and marketing strategy, integrating capabilities for government and industry opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams through agile development, shaping backlogs with customers and capability owners, and ensure delivery of advanced algorithms and software solutions for the IC and DoD.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD with extensive experience in scientific fields (applied math, physics, EE, CS, data science).
• Experience with sensing systems, data analytics, and DevOps software processes.
• Proven ability to lead large engineering teams through Agile lifecycle.
• US Citizen able to obtain Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development strategy with SET leadership and craft a market-ready plan.
• Shape product backlogs balancing short-term program goals with long-term customer needs.
• Coordinate with customers, end users, and capability owners to drive development across diverse teams.
• Support architecture and design reviews as part of an Agile process.
