SAIC seeks an Intelligence Analysis Lead to serve as the senior technical and managerial authority for all analytical tasks under an Intelligence Community program. On-site in Bethesda, MD with CONUS/OCONUS travel as required.

You will develop requirements to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence for cyber investigations, oversee IIRs and serialized products, and coordinate with Digital Forensics, Data Science, and multi-source teams to maximize value.

Job description

SAIC is seeking an Intelligence Analysis Lead to serve as the senior technical and managerial authority for all analytical tasks performed under an Intelligence Community program.

Work is performed on site in: Bethesda, MD, with CONUS/OCONUS travel as required.

The Intelligence Analysis Lead will be responsible for:
  • Developing, implementing, and refining requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations.
  • Overseeing the production of intelligence information reports (IIRs), serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IC standards.
  • Applying and directing the use of intelligence analysis principles - including HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT - to support multi-disciplinary exploitation activities.
  • Coordinating with Digital Forensics, Reverse Engineering, Identity Intelligence, Multimedia Intelligence, and Data Science functional areas to identify fusion opportunities and maximize intelligence value from complex, multi-source requirements.
  • Leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML tools, and large-scale data processing capabilities to enable intelligence at scale, pattern recognition, and predictive analysis.
Required Education and Years of Experience:
  • Active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position.
  • Willing and able to obtain a polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biometrics, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • Seven (7) years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams in direct support of intelligence analysis requirements.
  • Seven (7) years of experience supporting the IC or related Government, industrial, or academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection and policy, and intelligence systems and capabilities.
  • Five (5) years of experience developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations.
  • Five (5) years of experience writing analytical reports, including IIRs, serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products.
Desired:
  • Experience supporting national-level digital exploitation or technical intelligence programs.
  • Experience integrating analytical outputs with advanced data science capabilities, including AI/ML-assisted pattern recognition and large-scale data processing pipelines.
  • Experience with multi-modal intelligence fusion operations, including the integration of biometric, multimedia, forensic, and cyber threat data into unified intelligence products.
  • Relevant IC or DoD analytical certifications (e.g., Certified Intelligence Analyst, ODNI-recognized training programs, CDASA, or DISAP).
