Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries seeks an experienced Intelligence Team Lead to supervise the Intelligence Analyst II unit focused on Strategic Threat Assessment and Risk. You will serve as the primary liaison with client representatives, translating client requirements into operational intelligence activities and maintaining quality assurance across analyst outputs.

You will oversee all-source analysis of threat environments, emphasize technical espionage threats, and guide risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access
• Experience leading an intelligence analyst team
• Ability to brief executive and diverse audiences
• Knowledge of IC standards and directives (e.g., ICD 203, 702, 705)
• Proven ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and reports

Responsibilities

• Lead the Intelligence Analyst II team for Strategic Threat Assessment and Risk.
• Interface with client representatives to align operations with client requirements.
• Oversee all-source intelligence analysis focusing on technical espionage threats and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate information collection and risk-management efforts with subject matter experts.
• Prepare and deliver written and verbal briefings to executive-level and State Department personnel.
• Ensure compliance with security, standards, and data handling procedures.
