Job summary

STR's Analytics and C2 Division is seeking a Principal Product Lead in the SET group to craft and execute a product development and marketing strategy integrating capabilities for DoD and IC opportunities.

You will lead diverse engineering teams (10–40) through Agile development, shape backlogs with customers, and work across B2G and B2B initiatives, focusing on delivering advanced algorithms and software solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in a scientific field or 10+ years with a PhD.
Experience leading system and technology development teams.
Proven ability to lead 10–40 engineers through Agile lifecycle.
US citizen able to obtain Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Craft, drive, and execute a product development and marketing strategy for SET capabilities.
Shape product backlogs with customers and capability owners balancing short-term goals with long-term needs.
Lead diverse engineering teams through ideation to deployment in an Agile process.
Support architecture and design reviews as part of development.
Deliver advanced algorithms and software for IC and DoD missions.
