Job summary

Amentum seeks an Integrated Planner to develop and maintain the KPLSS Integrated Schedule across Kennedy Space Center and CCSFS. You will coordinate with engineering, operations and customers, forecast resources, manage critical path, and generate daily status reports using Microsoft Project and Maximo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least three years of experience.
• Proficient in resource loading/leveling and project scheduling.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera and Maximo is required.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develops, reviews, maintains and presents the KPLSS Integrated Schedule.
• Forecasts resources, manages critical milestones and dependencies.
• Maintains schedule baselines and analyzes variances.
• Generates daily status reports and open work meeting notes.
• Interfaces with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
• Lead planning/scheduling meetings in person or via Teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
