Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL is seeking an Integrated Program Planner to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules. You will act as the primary point of contact with program Directors and lead the Planning team to ensure timely, accurate artifacts.

The role requires collaboration with Senior Planning Management, guidance to team members, and the ability to drive corrective actions to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules using MS Project/Deltek Open Plan.
• Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers.
• Knowledge and experience of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration.
• Proficient and effective team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact with program Directors and Senior Program Planning Management.
• Supervise Planning team and provide direction and oversight through daily interactions; align priorities and training.
• Maintain and provide guidance to team members based on organizational goals and company policy; ensure accuracy of Planning artifacts.
• Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements.
