Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and permitting.

The role demands 15+ years of planning experience on major capital projects, a technical degree, and advanced Primavera P6 skills to forecast, analyze critical path, and drive schedule recovery with project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of planning and scheduling experience supporting major capital projects.
• Experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency with CPM scheduling, schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of the Integrated Master Schedule across all project phases.
• Coordinate and integrate schedule activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, permitting, and startup organizations.
• Ensure alignment of contractor schedules with project milestones, execution strategies, and overall project objectives.
• Perform schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule risk assessments.
• Identify schedule risks and delays and develop recovery plans, mitigation strategies, and corrective action recommendations.
• Provide schedule performance reporting, trend analysis, and schedule insights to project leadership.
• Facilitate schedule reviews and support data-driven decision-making regarding project execution priorities.
• Lead and develop the planning and scheduling team while promoting scheduling excellence and best practices.
