Job summary

Amentum seeks an Integrated Planner to develop and maintain the KPLSS Integrated Schedule across Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. You will integrate projects, tasks, maintenance and operations plans, track critical paths, and coordinate with stakeholders using MS Project, Primavera and Maximo.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to drive plans in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of scheduling experience.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera and Maximo for planning and control.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with engineering, operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops, reviews, and maintains the KPLSS Integrated Schedule across Kennedy Space Center, CCSFS and other locations.
• Forecasts resources, monitors progress, and manages critical milestones and dependencies.
• Creates plans and baselines using MS Project; analyzes variances and updates schedules.
• Interacts with internal/external customers to align plans and ensure achievable schedules.
• Leads planning and scheduling meetings; uses Open Work processes with engineering and operations.
