Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Planner in Orlando to support Senior Integrated Program Planners by developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans and schedules. You will work with IMS/PSMS and drive risk analysis, corrective actions, and EVM integration.

The role requires coordinating across teams, delivering briefings, and leveraging networked scheduling tools to meet schedules and proposals. A Bachelor’s degree and DoD clearance eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Exposure to network-scheduling tools (MS Project, OpenPlan, Primavera, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with networked schedules and critical-path methodology
  • Experience delivering briefings to team members and project teams
  • Knowledge of schedule performance-management techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management
  • Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance

Our team drives program execution through effective relationship building and analysis of complex data to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Planner, you will support Senior Integrated Program Planners in developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans and schedules.

Your Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
  • Supporting the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
  • Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)

Basic Qualifications
