You will turn complex policies into clear solutions, manage a local book of business, mentor juniors, and represent us at community events.

A Virginia Property and Casualty license and 3+ years of direct portfolio management are required, with ability to commute to the Charlottesville office daily.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty license.
• 3+ years managing insurance client portfolios.
• Experience negotiating renewals and growing new business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture a book of business with attentive service.
• Identify coverage gaps and tailor solutions for policyholders.
• Collaborate with underwriting to secure best terms.
