Qualifications

• Current Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in direct-to-consumer insurance sales.
• Strong command of CRM systems to track interactions and lead status.
• Ability to articulate complex policy details in plain, understandable language.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full pipeline of potential clients independently.
• Passion for community engagement within the Charlottesville area.
