The Atlantic District in Leesburg, VA is seeking a motivated Lead Agent to run its Farmers insurance agency by driving growth, operations, and client service. This role places you at the center of community engagement, building relationships with local businesses and residents to strengthen the agency's footprint.

You will mentor a small team, review client accounts, manage policy renewals, and partner with the owner on marketing strategies to reach more households.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum three years of experience managing insurance portfolios or lead generation.
• Strong public speaking and local community networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by engaging with the Leesburg community through local events and professional networking.
• Mentor and guide a small team of associates to ensure our service standards remain high.
• Review existing client accounts to ensure coverage gaps are filled and that every family has the protection they need.
• Manage complex policy renewals and resolve escalated client concerns with a focus on retention.
• Collaborate with the agency owner on long-term marketing strategies that bring our brand to more households.
• Maintain meticulous records and follow up on inquiries promptly to ensure no client feels overlooked.
