The Atlantic District in Gettysburg seeks a Lead Agent to oversee and drive the sales process for high-value accounts in our Gettysburg branch. You will mentor junior team members, share effective sales strategies, and help refine how we reach and support our community.

You will develop local outreach plans to strengthen our presence, analyze market trends for informed coverage decisions, and manage complex renewals while ensuring clients feel heard and prioritized.

Qualifications

• Valid Property & Casualty license for PA is required.
• Three or more years in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong consultative selling skills and client relationship abilities.
• Proficiency with insurance quoting software and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and lead small sales initiatives.
• Solid understanding of local market insurance needs and risk assessment.
