Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Connecticut.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing personal or commercial lines.
• Strong comfort level with consultative sales and public speaking.
• Technical proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Deep knowledge of local market trends within the Middlesex County region.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading small groups of staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day sales operations to meet growth targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Guide and support junior staff members, providing feedback for growth.
• Develop and execute local outreach strategies to connect with Middletown business owners and families.
