Collaborate with our internal underwriting team to find the best possible solutions for complex client scenarios.
Maintain an organized and active database of leads while nurturing existing relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently.
Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for turning complex coverage details into clear, relatable advice.
Knowledge of Windham County and surrounding market dynamics.
