This role values leadership, problem solving, and community networking; you will guide clients to optimal policies, manage a team, and collaborate with local business owners. A Pennsylvania P&C license and sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales cycles.
• Strong public speaking and community networking skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading a small team and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint in the Pottsville area.
• Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them choose policies that offer real peace of mind.
• Mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and refining sales approaches.
• Build and maintain meaningful connections with local business owners and community leaders.
• Review existing client portfolios to ensure coverage remains relevant as lives and businesses change.
• Manage lead pipelines to ensure timely, helpful communication with prospective clients.
