A Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required, plus a proven track record of growing a book of business. The role emphasizes face-to-face networking, strong communication, and proficiency with standard office software and agency

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business.
• Strong comfort level with face‑to‑face client meetings and local networking.
• Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
• Clear and honest communication skills.
• Residency in or near the Hermitage area to support our local community.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members to discuss their insurance needs and coverage goals.
• Analyze current market offerings to provide the most suitable policy recommendations for our neighbors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders through consistent follow-ups and support.
• Identify potential risks and offer solutions that bring peace of mind to families and businesses in our area.
• Participate in local events to stay connected with the people and businesses that make Hermitage special.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy adjustments.
